While we have security measures in place to help protect you from online fraud, it’s important to stay alert. If you notice a suspicious transaction on your account or think your security has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

National relay service

If you are deaf, or have a hearing or speech impairment, the National Relay Service (NRS) can help you speak with us over the phone. Just call 133 677 and ask for "P&N Bank" or "13 25 77". You will need to register with the NRS prior to using their service.

Translation services

If English is not your first language and using a translator would help make banking easier, we offer a free and on-demand translation service to help you speak with us. When calling or visiting a branch, please let a team member know if an interpreter would be helpful and the language you would prefer to use.

Secure messaging

Have a question, need assistance, or want to send us a document? Secure messaging using internet banking or our mobile app is the way to go. Send us a message and our team will reply during business hours, and you’ll be able to see their response the next time you log in.

To message us using our digital banking channels:

  1. Log in to internet banking.
  2. Go to the Services menu.
  3. Select Secure Mail.

In the mobile app, log in and you’ll find it under ‘Contact us’ in the main menu. It’s a secure way to get in touch with us, and we're here to help every step of the way.
