P&N Bank Perth Wildcats inner sanctum experience competition Terms & Conditions

1. This Promotion is named as follows: P&N Bank Perth Wildcats Inner Sanctum Experience Competition – November 2024.
2. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Promoter is Police & Nurses Limited (P&N Bank), ABN 69 087 651 876, AFSL/Australian Credit Licence 240701, Level 6, 556 Wellington Street, Perth WA 6000, telephone 13 25 77.
4. The Promotion is being conducted in Western Australia only.
5. The Promotion Period for the Promotion is as follows:

the Promotion Period commences at 9.00am (AWST) on 4/11/2024 and closes at 11.00pm (AWST) on 17/11/2024.

6. There are three (3) Prizes for the Promotion, consisting of two (2) Corporate Box tickets, including catering, to the Perth Wildcats game played at the RAC Arena in Perth on 6 December 2024 (game starts at 6.30pm). Each prize also includes a visit for each ticket holder to the Perth Wildcats changerooms prior to the game to hear a brief talk from a representative from the Perth Wildcats’ coaching staff.
7. Each Prize is valued at $992, with the total prize pool across all Promotions being $2,976.
8. During the Promotion Period the Promotion may be promoted on social media posts (Promotion Posts) on the P&N Bank Facebook page and/or Instagram page and on Perth Wildcats social media and communications channels. In each Promotion Post there will be a link to an Entry Form on the P&N Bank website.
9. To be eligible to participate in a Promotion you must:

a. be a resident of Western Australia;

b. be 18 years or older;

c. during the Promotion Period fill in the Entry Form by providing the requested information including your name, a current email address and telephone number.

10. Employees of P&N Bank and their immediate families, and P&N Bank’s contractors and agents associated with the Promotions are not eligible to participate in the Promotions.
11. Eligible participants may enter the Promotion only once.
12. There is no fee for entry into any of the Promotions.
13. A Prize Draw for the Promotion will take place at P&N Bank’s Head Office at Level 6, 556 Wellington St, Perth on 19 November at approximately 11.00am AWST. The Prize Draw will be observed by a PNL Senior Manager.
14. The three Eligible Participants whose entries are the first three valid entries randomly selected from all entries at the draw will be the Winners for the draw. We offer the Prize as a game of chance for those who are eligible to participate.
15. There will be three (3) Winners in the Promotion.
16. Each Winner will be notified by either telephone or email on the day of the Prize Draw.
17. In order to accept and redeem the Prize, a Winner must:

a. demonstrate that they comply with these terms and conditions;

b. following notification of their win, make contact with the Promoter before 5.00pm AWST on 22 November 2024;

c. consent to P&N Bank providing their contact details to Sports Entertainment Network Pty Ltd ABN 63 129 637 378 of Level 5, 111 Coventry Street, Southbank Victoria 3006 (Perth Wildcats); and

d. comply with any electronic voucher redemption and/or booking processes as required by the Perth Wildcats.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the following circumstances:

a. if an eligible participant, claiming to be a Winner, is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions; or

b. if a Winner does not make contact with P&N Bank before 5.00pm AWST on 22 November 2024, following notification of their win.

19. The determination of valid participation is at the sole and exclusive discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision in relation to who is an eligible participant and whether an eligible participant can satisfy these Terms and Conditions is final, and no correspondence will be entered into except as provided by law or code and as accepted by the Promoter.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any eligible participant who tampers with the entry process.
21. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter is not responsible for any variation in the value of any Prize between the commencement of each Promotion Period and the date of redemption.
22. If a Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a Prize of equal or greater value, subject to State regulation. Prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.
23. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers available at P&N Bank.
24. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility, and will not be liable, for any additional conditions imposed by third parties as a result of a Winner’s use of a Prize. The Promoter is not responsible for, and accepts no liability in relation to, any loss, damage or claim that may be incurred by a Winner as a result of a Winner’s decision to accept or use a prize.
25. The Winner agrees to:

a. participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed; and

b. grant the Promotor a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites; and

c. acknowledge and accept that the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such
use.

26. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information to conduct the Promotion and provide its services. It is a condition of this Promotion that this information is provided. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to that entrant. For more information about how the Promoter may use personal information, please refer to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is available from the Promoter or at www.pnbank.com.au.
27. Perth Wildcats is not the promoter for any of these Promotions, and any queries should be directed to P&N Bank.
28. Facebook and Instagram are owned by Meta Platforms, Inc (Meta). All entrants:

a. fully release Meta from all liability arising our of these Promotions:

b. acknowledge that the Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta; and

c. understand and accept that information disclosed in connection with the Promotion is disclosed to the Promoter and not Meta.
