Each year we hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) to engage with our members about the performance and future of Police & Nurses Limited.

Members have the right to elect whether and how they would like to receive documents such as Annual Reports and Notices of Meeting, as follows:

- members can make a one-off request to receive any or all of the documents in physical or electronic form; and
- members can elect not to be sent the Annual Report.
Elections and requests should be made by notifying us by email or calling 13 25 77.
Unless stated otherwise, the documents in respect of which elections and requests can be made include:
- documents relating to a meeting of members, such as notices of meeting and proxy forms;
- the Annual Report (comprising the annual financial report, directors’ report and auditor’s report);
- a notice of members’ rights under section 110K of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act), unless the notice is made available on our website; and
- any other documents prescribed by relevant regulations.
Following the passing of the Corporations Amendment (Meetings and Documents) Act 2022 in February 2022, Police & Nurses Limited will now issue notices of annual and general meetings electronically where a member has provided a valid email address and has not made an election to receive a paper copy of these documents.
