
You can withdraw your consent to share your data at any time. Follow these steps to remove a service:
For accounts in one name only.
- Login to Internet Banking and navigate to Services > Sharing. A list of existing or previous data sharing agreements will display.
- Select “sharing” of the agreement you wish to withdraw your consent from.
Scroll to the bottom and select “withdraw”.
For joint accounts:
- Login to Internet Banking and navigate to Services > Sharing. A list of existing or previous data sharing agreements will display.
- Select “sharing” of the agreement you wish to withdraw your consent from.
Scroll to the bottom and select “withdraw”. - A notification will be sent to the joint account holder informing the arrangement has been withdrawn.
Any joint account holder may remove a sharing arrangement for a joint account. If the party that created the sharing arrangement withdraws consent this will withdraw consent for all accounts shared as part of that consent (including single accounts). If any other joint account holder withdraws consent for the joint account it it will only remove the arrangement for the specific joint account.
