1. This Promotion is named the ‘P&N Bank Perth Wildcats Kids’ Basketball Coaching Clinic Promotion’ on 5 February 2025 (Promotion).
2. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Promoter is Police & Nurses Limited, ABN 69 087 651 876, AFSL/Australian Credit Licence 240701, Level 6, 556 Wellington Street, Perth WA 6000, telephone 13 25 77.
4. The Promotion is being conducted in Western Australia only.
5. The Promotion Period for the Promotion commences at 9.00 am (AWST) on 15 January 2025 and closes at 11.00 pm (AWST) on 29 January 2025.
6. There are 40 places to be won (Prize) for winners to attend an exclusive P&N Bank Perth Wildcats basketball coaching clinic for children aged eight to twelve to be held on Wednesday 5 February 2025 from 4.45pm-6.15pm. Each prize is valued at $80.00.
7. Each Prize is valued at $80.00, with the total prize pool for this Promotion being $3,200.00.
8. To be eligible to participate in a Promotion you must:
a. be a resident of Western Australia;
b. be a customer of P&N Bank and be the parent or guardian of a child aged 8 to 12 years who is being entered into this Promotion OR be the parent or guardian of a child aged 8 to 12 years who holds a P&N Bank bank account; and
c.during the Promotion Period:
i. navigate to the P&N Bank Perth Wildcats Kids’ Clinic 5 February 2025 webpage at https://www.pnbank.com.au/competitions/wildcats-clinic/; and
ii. provide the requested information including your name, a current email address, current telephone number, name and age of child being entered into the Promotion.
9. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and the Promoter’s contractors and agents associated with the Promotion are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
10. Eligible participants may enter into the Promotion once per child.
11. There is no fee for entry into this Promotion.
12. A Prize Draw for the Promotion will take place at the Promoter’s Head Office at Level 6, 556 Wellington Street, Perth WA, on 29 January 2025, at approximately 2.00pm (AWST). The Prize Draw will be observed by a Senior Manager.
13. Up to 40 eligible participants whose entry is randomly selected from all entries at the draw will be the Winners. We offer the Prize as a game of chance for those who are eligible to participate.
14. There will be up to 40 Winners in this Promotion.
15. The Winners will be notified by email within five business days of the Prize Draw with details of the 5 February 2025 P&N Bank Perth Wildcats Kids’ Basketball Coaching Clinic with the option to accept the offer of a place for their child to attend the clinic.
16. In order to accept and redeem the Prize, the Winners must:
a. demonstrate that they comply with these terms and conditions;
b. make contact with the Promoter before 31 January 5:00pm (AWST) to confirm their child’s attendance at the 5 February 2025 P&N Bank Perth Wildcats Kids’ Basketball Coaching Clinic;
c. consent to the Promoter providing their contact details and details of their child attending the clinic to Sports Entertainment Network Pty Ltd ABN 63 129 637 378 (the Perth Wildcats) for the purpose of attending the 5 February 2025 P&N Bank Perth Wildcats Kids’ Basketball Coaching Clinic;
d. provide any waiver and accept any terms and conditions required by the Perth Wildcats for attendance of the 5 February 2025 P&N Bank Perth Wildcats Kids’ Basketball Coaching Clinic; and
e. attend the P&N Bank Perth Wildcats Kids’ Basketball Coaching Clinic on Wednesday 5 February 2025, from 4:45-6:15pm, at the Bendat Basketball Centre (201 Underwood Ave, Floreat WA 6014), with your child whose name was entered into the draw. Parents/guardians must remain at the venue supervising their child for the duration of the P&N Bank Perth Wildcats Kids’ Basketball Coaching Clinic. Parents/guardians are required to arrange the transport of themselves and their child to the location of the clinic, the prize does not include travel or cover travel expenses incurred getting to the venue of the clinic.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the following circumstances:
a. if an eligible participant, claiming to be a Winner, is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions;
b. if an eligible participant, claiming to be a Winner, fails to make contact with the Promoter before 31 January 5:00 pm (AWST) to accept their child’s place to attend the clinic; or
c. if a Prize is unclaimed or otherwise unable to be redeemed within one (1) week of the Prize Draw taking place.
18. The determination of valid participation is at the sole and exclusive discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision in relation to who is an eligible participant and whether an eligible participant can satisfy these Terms and Conditions is final, and no correspondence will be entered into except as provided by law or code and as accepted by the Promoter.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any eligible participant who tampers with the entry process.
20. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter is not responsible for any variation in the value of any Prize between the commencement of each Promotion Period and the date of redemption.
21. If a Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a Prize of equal or greater value, subject to State regulation. Prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.
22. If for any reason this competition is not capable of being conducted by the Promoter as intended, whether because of computer virus, mobile phone failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which in the Promoter’s opinion affects the administration of the competition, security, fairness or integrity, the Promoter may in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the competition, subject to the approval of the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries in Western Australia as may be required.
23. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers available at P&N Bank.
24. The Prizes and the 5 February 2025 P&N Bank Perth Wildcats Kids’ Basketball Coaching Clinic are provided by the Perth Wildcats and not the Promoter. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility, and will not be liable, for any additional conditions imposed by third parties as a result of a Winner’s use of a Prize. The Promoter is not responsible for, and accepts no liability in relation to, any loss, damage or claim that may be incurred by a Winner as a result of a Winner’s decision to accept or use a Prize.
25. The Promoter, its related entities, and the directors, officers, management, employees and other staff of the Promoter and its related entities (Promoter’s Agents) will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize or entering into this competition. The Promoter and the Promoter’s Agents make no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability or any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and the Promoter’s Agents are not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or the Promoter’s Agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner.
26. If, notwithstanding the above, the Promoter or the Promoter’s Agents are found to be liable to any person in connection with this competition the Promoter’s and the Promoter’s Agents’ maximum aggregate liability is limited to $1.00.
27. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and the Promoter’s Agents will not be liable to any person for indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered by any person in connection with the entering the competition, or as a result of taking the prize. This applies to all claims, whether such claims are made in tort (including without limitation negligence), in equity, under statute or any other basis.
28. The Winners agrees to:
a. their child attending the P&N Bank Perth Wildcats Kids’ Basketball Coaching Clinic will participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including but not limited to photographs and video footage being taken during the P&N Bank Perth Wildcats Kids’ Basketball Coaching Clinic, and being interviewed; and
b. grant the Promotor a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites; and
c. acknowledge and accept that the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
29. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information to conduct the Promotion and provide its services. It is a condition of this Promotion that this information is provided. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to that entrant.
