As evidence of our strong member focus, P&N Bank has ranked second in the Australian Banking Brand and Trust Index report which was released on Friday 8 May.
The index is based on a survey of 1,250 Australians which asked how much they trust each bank to do what is right.
Since Glow’s inaugural index was released in February 2020, P&N has moved from sixth place to second place in its ranking for trustworthiness against 31 banks across Australia.
P&N Bank General Manager, Anna Pearce, said the recognition was a fantastic testament to P&N’s focus on putting our members first.
“We are proud to offer a genuine banking alternative for members which centres on providing competitive and convenient retail banking products, outstanding customer service and a community spirit that works to provide a helping hand to those in need,” Ms Pearce said.
“Ensuring our members are at the heart of everything we do has been vital to building strong relationships with our members, and it’s rewarding to see our efforts being acknowledged by those who put their trust in us, our members.
“At a time when the world has been turned upside down by COVID-19, it has never been more important to trust that your bank will be there for you when you need them most, and we’re so glad we can be that support for our members.”
