P&N Bank named Bank of the Year 2024

We are thrilled to announce P&N Bank has been named Bank of the Year 2024 in the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards! 

This is the second consecutive year P&N has been named Bank of the Year, which is an achievement only possible thanks to the positive feedback from our customers. 

Through Roy Morgan’s independent survey of bank customers in Australia, including the big four, our customers have voted P&N Bank as consistently achieving the highest customer satisfaction throughout 2023 and 2024.   

Roy Morgan tracks customer satisfaction, trust, engagement, loyalty, advocacy and Net Promoter Scores across a wide range of industries and brands. Underpinned by data from real people sharing their real experiences, over 60,000 Australians were surveyed to find out the companies they dealt with across more than 30 industries and rate how satisfied they were with them. 

Executive General Manager Retail Banking, Angela Newland said being named Bank of the Year for Customer Satisfaction again this year was so rewarding. 

“Our customers have built strong, genuine relationships with our team and feel a deep connection to our bank and its values, and this award is a reflection of that trust,” Ms Newland said.

“Whether our customers prefer visiting our branches, calling our Perth-based contact centre, or engaging with us digitally, our focus remains on providing seamless, transparent, and personalised service. 
 
“This recognition is a testament to the dedication of our people, who consistently put customers at the centre of everything we do.”

Monthly Customer Satisfaction winners are recorded in each category throughout the year, with the annual award going to the company with the most monthly wins. P&N Bank achieved the highest 12-month average satisfaction score at 91.6%, which resulted in our Bank of the Year 2024 award.
