With scams and fraud on the rise, P&N Bank is committed to making our online banking safer and secure for our members. This includes ensuring your bank accounts are protected by the highest level of security.
We are pleased to announce that we’ve implemented an additional security layer for our online banking.
So, what’s changing?
Human verification
When you log into Internet Banking on a desktop or a mobile device you may need to complete a human verification checkbox. This is to check if your site connection is secure, and is simple and quick to complete.
Latest browser required
To ensure the highest level of safety, you now need the latest version of your chosen browser to access Internet Banking. If you have an older version, you will be alerted and asked to update your browser to the newest version. Find out more.
Internet Explorer no longer supported
It’s important to know that Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser. If you use Internet Explorer, you’ll need to switch to a supported browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari to access Internet Banking.
What about the P&N Bank app?
There will be no changes when you log in to the P&N Bank app. This change will only impact you if you use the browser version of P&N Bank on your mobile.
