We’re pleased to advise that P&N Bank will soon be making the switch to eStatements.
Why we’re making the change
A sustainable alternative: each year, we use almost 1 million pieces of paper and 300,000 envelopes to produce printed statements.
Better for our members: that’s almost $400,000 a year we’d much rather put towards better products and services for our members.
Safe and secure: Access your statements securely through Internet Banking or the Mobile App 24/7, as soon as they’re available. Download and print them anytime. You can download and print or save your statements at any time, as well as access any previous statements.
What this means for you
You don’t need to do anything – your statements will be changed to eStatements from 14 January 2022, unless you tell us otherwise. You’ll receive an email notification when your statement is ready to view through Internet Banking or our Mobile App.
Members who are registered for internet banking, have an email address on file, and only have savings or transaction accounts with us will be switched in January.
If you have a credit product with us, like a home loan, personal loan or credit card, we’ll be in touch in the coming months.
Still want a paper copy?
If you’d prefer to continue receiving paper statements, you’ll need to let us know by completing the form below. It only takes 60 seconds, and ensures we’ve got a record so there’s no confusion about your preferred statement method.
If you’d prefer to speak to someone to change your preference, please call us on 13 25 77 or visit your nearest branch.
